3. We will guide you towards registering for a session and we will allot a suitable time based on the doctor’s availability.
4. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CALLS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED AND SMRTHI HEALTHCARE WILL ONLY CALL YOU.

POST SESSION:
1. You need to fill in the feedback form mandatorily after which the doctors will send you the medical advice.
2. Please note that, for reasons beyond control should the session not happen, the session will be done via telephone.
3. Please also note that insurance claims may not possible.

LET’S SET SOME GROUND RULES:
1. We undertake the responsibility to maintain your privacy and hence we will not video record the online consult. We expect you to do the same.
2. Have the session in a room free from external disturbances like noise, light from behind. It is preferable to use a closed room.
3. After you have spoken to the doctor, wait to hear him/her out.
4. This session is for the single person in whose name the appointment is booked.
5. In case you need to discuss regarding more than one child please book a second appointment. This would help the doctor prepare himself/herself for the second consult.
6. Please refrain from discussions outside the purview of medical opinion.

Dear patron please bear in mind that specialists from Smrthi Health Care, providing this service will not have the benefit of directly examining the patient and observing the patient’s physical condition. This may impact your outcome. By requesting for this session, you understand and agree to the following:
